Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is authorized. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. You will receive an order confirmation and, when available, tracking information by email.

Shipping destinations and rates
Available destinations, shipping methods, and shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the delivery address, product, and carrier service. We currently focus on shipping within the United States. If your address cannot be served, we will contact you before fulfillment.

Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery can be affected by carrier capacity, weather, holidays, address issues, transportation interruptions, and other events outside our control. A carrier delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Tracking and address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address, apartment or unit number, phone number, and email address are correct before placing an order. If you need to correct an address, contact info@avinoetrike.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivery problems
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier first and then email info@avinoetrike.com with your order number. If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package and product before use and contact us within 48 hours. Do not ride or charge a product that appears damaged.

Battery and carrier restrictions
The EM301 includes rechargeable battery components. Shipping methods and carrier requirements may limit how batteries can be transported. We may adjust the carrier or shipping method when required by applicable transportation rules and will contact you if an order needs a change.

Lost or delayed shipments
If a shipment is materially delayed or appears lost, contact info@avinoetrike.com with your order number and tracking number so we can work with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery issues.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the Igofor EM301 Trifold e-Mobility Scooter must be unused, unridden, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included parts.

Start a return by emailing info@avinoetrike.com with your order number, reason for the return, and photos when relevant. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping anything. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during an unauthorized return shipment.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us at info@avinoetrike.com within 48 hours if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can investigate and provide the appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items
We may decline returns for products that have been ridden, used, installed, modified, damaged after delivery, returned without original components, or are missing packaging and accessories. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will email you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post an approved refund.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact info@avinoetrike.com as soon as possible. We will try to honor cancellation requests received before fulfillment, but an order cannot be canceled once it has shipped.
